What is Leadership Drift and how to avoid it?

Leadership drift:

Are you the most authentic and best leader you can be?

When we are under pressure, it can be hard to lead in the calm and effective way we aspire to lead.

We sometimes find ourselves:

I call this phenomenon “Leadership Drift”.
