About meClaudia Lantos
“A high performer is not so much about competing with someone else. It’s about having a growth mindset, being keen to get the best outcomes in the most effective and accelerated way”.
With more than 20 years working experience in law, executive search and executive coaching throughout Europe, South-East Asia and Australia, I truly recognise and understand what drives high performers and leaders, and what is needed to accelerate their learnings for optimal outcomes in order to stay relevant in a fast paced and ever changing world.
I definitely like to practice what I preach. Having been a member of Management Teams for a global UK stock listed professional services firm, I was responsible for setting up new business offerings and teams. I have also set up my own business twice.
From these learnings and having experienced adversity throughout my career from multiple car and sailing accidents, with recovery time taking up to 2.5 years, I’ve developed effective and strategic coping mechanisms and I made it my mission to help others to thrive and not just survive. I will help you turn your adversity into advantage and tackle any situation that’s thrown at you more effortless and effective.

In all my Coaching programs I use well-defined and proven frameworks for success, whilst also ensuring each program is individually tailored to meet the needs of the client and their business. Maximum impact is achieved when the individuals being coached are goal-driven, high performers in senior leadership roles who are committed both to the process and to optimising their true potential. These acquired benefits will also be cascaded to their teams by active application and by role modelling the new behaviours.
My aim is to bring about lasting change by helping people explore and activate their own unique Peak Performance DNA. This involves maximising their Strengths, fostering a Growth Mindset, embedding strategically sound Scenario Thinking™ and utilising Positive Psychology to bring about impactful and sustainable Behavioural Change.
Executive coaching for high performers is through deep diving these mentioned principles.
