In appreciation for the insights and wisdom, given by so many inspiring and game changing leaders and business partners during her career, Claudia initiated and offers longtime clients a pro bono ‘Giving Back’ 1:1 coaching program, for their emerging  leaders who would otherwise not be budgeted for.

This discretionary program ensures that these future leaders have an excellent opportunity to accelerate their skills with increased engagement, whilst navigating the business, taking their career to the next level. ​

Claudia is very passionate and driven to build on her knowledge and experience from the collaboration, helping these organisations engage, up skill and retain their future leaders.
